Icing

  • 50 g chocolate
  • 100 g butter
  • 200 g icing sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • milk

Steps:

1. Mix the melted butter with the icing sugar (add the icing sugar gradually).

2. Add the vanilla extract and mix well.

3. Choose the appearance.

3.1. For chocolate buttercream icing, melt the chocolate and fold it in the icing.

3.2. For coloured icing, pour a drop of food colouring.

3.3. For buttercream icing, leave as it is.

Note: If too stiff, pour a few drops of milk at any stage.
